Red Arme provides management and consulting services to both professional athletes and business entities looking to navigate their way in the arena of combat sports. Our management team is composed of individuals with Ivy League degrees in law and business, as well as experience in Hollywood contract negotiations, corporate and entertainment law and athlete sponsorship.

Fighter Representation

Our organization is sensitive to the needs of today’s combative athlete and we are well aware that the industry wide compensation pales in comparison to that of other professional sports. Therefore, we have challenged the traditional straight percentage-of-income basis fee model utilized by traditional sports agents, in lieu of an hourly-fee basis model.

This model reduces our clients' costs as we advise the athletes we represent to identify and procure their own opportunities and then enlist our services when the deal needs to be finalized and formalized.

We aim to be cost effective business managers for the professional athletes we represent in contract negotiations, licensing negotiations, business structuring, marketing contracts and other matters and aspects of their professional careers.

We offer a specialized service oriented toward deal execution. We often sponsor fighters we represents and we are always amenable to work with fighters who have existing management.

Corporate Representation

It is no secret that combat sports is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. The most prominent organization is The Ultimate Fighting Championship (the “UFC”). In 2007, seven UFC events that were broadcast on Spike TV averaged more men in the 18-34 demographic than baseball, basketball, football, hockey and NASCAR events broadcast on cable, including:

• 143% more than NBA playoffs on ESPN
• 48% more than NASCAR on TNT
• 81% more than NFL on NFL Network

Additionally, the demographic of mixed martial arts (“MMA”) fans is particularly affluent. The average household income of MMA viewers consists of:

• 20% that make $100,000 or more
• 27% that make $75,000 or more
• 22% that make $60,000 or more

These numbers are staggering and extremely attractive to business entities targeting this consumer base. However, the combat sports arena is nascent and unique. Without the appropriate consulting and guidance a company can get lost in these waters.
