altDo I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our base camp (New York) and your purchase includes an item costing $110 or more per item or pair.

altWhat payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept PayPal account payments as well as credit cards via the PayPal secure payments site. Your PayPal or credit card statement will show Red Arme, LLC as the recipient payee, depending on the payment method selected.

altCan I pay by check/money order?

Not at this time.

altCan I Order Over The Phone?

Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time.

altWhat size should I buy?

altIf I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?

No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

altHow should I care for my items?

Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are extremely delicate and should be dry cleaned only. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.

altHow Do You Ship Your Orders?

Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days from receipt by us.

altHow long will it take to receive my order?

We will make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to US Postal Service backups.

altWhat if an item is out of stock?

Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.

altWhat does (Pre-order Only) mean?

These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.
